Introduction to the Gaussmeter
High accuracy - fully temperature compensated
Resolution of 1 part in 600,000
4 ranges
Maximum field 3 Tesla
7 digit display
Either RS232 or IEEE488/GPIB communications
Accuracy is 0.01% of reading + 0.006% of full scale when used with MPT-141 probe
Temperature range for instrument and probe 0 to 50° C
Best use in conjunction with an MPT-141 or LPT-141 for standard sensitivity or an MPT-231or LPT-231 Hall Effect Probes for high sensitivity, low-field operation
NMR20 Gaussmeter Description
It is possible to connect the gaussmeter to an oscilloscope to visualize the resonance signal.
It is possible to connect the gaussmeter to an oscilloscope to visualize the resonance signal.
- manually with a potentiometer,
- automatically over the full range of the probe used,
- automatically by fast search around a reference value, in less than 1 second,
- automatically in less than 1 second by searching around the field value read by the embedded HALL sensor.
The Gaussmeter can be connected to a multiplexer, from which it is possible to choose from a number of probes to be controlled from the Gaussmeter.
Examples: 0.3 T to 1.5 T or 0.42 T to 2.1 T.
